Dopey Challenge Training Update: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

Having serious computer issues while taking on a YouTube challenge such as Vlogtober is seriously not fun. My poor computer needs love and attention from my computer guy, (and a new drive since it’s bursting at the seams,) but I’m hoping it can hang in there until November. When I’m at Disneyland for the Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend, it, (and me,) can lighten up our content production and take a break!

For this weekly update, I just used my phone but uploading it last night from where we were was a challenge thanks to shoddy WiFi. But in this video, I chat about some things that I’ve been doing well and some areas of my training where I need to pick up the pace.   1. Training for Dopey is so difficult. I think I either overestimated my physical fitness or underestimated the difficulty of training because it is tough! I’ve been sticking to my training plan, but this past week I was traveling so I definitely didn’t get all my runs in. I’m ready to be back at it this week and am counting the days until January!
