So here’s the thing: I’m a creature of habit.
I stick to the same routines while training, I take the same nutrition during long runs, I wear my favorite clothing over and over again …. between laundry loads, that is, and at restaurants, I most often order the same meals. What can I say? I like what I like and find comfort in familiarity and there’s nothing wrong with that.
Well, not always.
