When I got picked to test out a pair of Shady Rays Sunglasses from their Signature Series, I was beyond excited! I immediately went to their website and fell in love with so many of the styles they offered. How would I pick just one??!! Seriously go to their website www.shadyrays.com and see for yourself.
I decided to pick out the Black Slate Polarized option. I like on the website how they have photos of easy style/color but you can also click on it and it shows several more photos including a pic of someone wearing. It allows you to see how they look on someone and the cool reflective qualities. So many to choose from it wasn’t easy!
A bit about Shady Rays. First they are affordable. They offer free shipping and they are guaranteed for life. Their shades feature shatter resistant, high visibility polarized lenses with durable construction. The website states they offer free replacements if lost or broken. That sounds like some amazing customer service to me!!
They also secure ten meals to fight hunger through Feeding America with every order placed. This company sounds amazing and I love they give back!
I received my sunglasses promptly! They came in a cute black sunglasses bag. And looked even better in person. They were lightweight and while this may sound cheesy I felt “cool” the moment I put on. I love the look of the black slate! Due to the fact it’s bitter cold here still I didn’t get to run in them yet, but I wore right away to the college I run at. They fit perfect and again felt nice and lightweight. I also liked that despite the reflective look on lenses I didn’t have a hard time seeing my phone screen. Sometimes polarized sunglasses warp the color on phone making it hard to read. Another PLUS!!
I will be writing a follow up review after I’ve worn for some outdoor runs, please stay tuned but so far I am loving these!
