Addaday Pro Massager- My Review

“Disclaimer: I received the Addaday Pro Massager to review as part of being a BibRavePro. Learn more about becoming a BibRavePro (ambassador) and check out BibRave.com to review, find and write reviews!

I have had my Addaday Pro Massager for about a month now. I’m so happy I received this item to test right as I began following a running training plan.

A bit about this roller. It has different nobs on the roller that really allow me to target different areas that need to be massaged. The blue knob is the soft tissue roller designed for kneading. It can help with scar tissue. The gray knob is a medium muscle roller designed to help flush out lactic acid. And the red pinpoints hard to reach areas such as Achilles and shin splints.

I really think it has made a difference with my recovery. This in turn has made it easier to get in all of my training runs and my legs and muscles don’t hurt as much as I think they would without this item.

It takes some discipline to remember to use daily so I’ve learned to pack in my gym back and even in my work bag so I have with me when needed.

This has become one of my must have running/race items. I would consider adding this to your running must haves. You can purchase at Addaday.com or Amazon. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this product if you’ve used.
