This week on the podcast, Christopher Savio joins us again! He was our very first guest nearly a year ago and discussed his Chicago Marathon experience. This time, he chats about completing his first Ragnar Road Series event as aliens invaders at the Reach the Beach in New Hampshire, one of the oldest and longest running relay races in the United States. His conversation was so much fun that Jackey and I are now hatching a plan to run a Ragnar race in 2018!
We’re going to have Christopher back on early next year to share Ragnar training tips and how to survive the big day so be sure to subscribe for podcast notifications. Hope you enjoy this episode and if you’ve participated in, (or are interested in,) a Ragnar race, please leave your comments below or in iTunes!
Speaking of iTunes, please SUBSCRIBE and leave us a RATING AND REVIEW! This will help Joyful Miles grow and rank higher, allowing us to inspire more folks to enjoy life, one mile at a time.
Also, we’d love to have you join us in our Facebook groups, the Joyful Miles Running Club. Please follow @Joyful_Miles on Twitter, joyful_miles at Instagram and if you’re a pinner, we’re on Pinterest as well!
Take care and as always, having a joyful day!
I was planning on doing the Miami to Key West Ragnar in 2015 but the Mayor of Key West (or someone else important?!) scratched it because they decided the route was too dangerous. I’ve been wanting to do a relay and will join you ladies if you need team members!
Getting ready to listen to the podcast while I clean my house; interested to hear what Christopher has to say!
Hey Rebecca, let me know if you have any questions after listening!
