Wow, I’ve been waiting a long time to write this blog post and make this video! My partial plantar plate tear has finally healed so I can start running again! Well, after a lot more work … it’s going to take another three months to get back to normal. But for now, I’ve been given clearance to walk the Disneyland Half and RUN DOPEY!!
There’s so much I want to say that I’m going to let this video do all the talking. WARNING: I get quote emotional and it’s choppy at parts due to me editing out a thousand umms and you knows. But hey. It’s how I feel right now!

I’ve been struggling with this too. Can you share which doctor you saw? I live in Northern Virginia, but work in Maryland, so I’m sure I could make it work. Thank you!
